Privacy and personal data processing policy1. General ProvisionsThis Personal Data Processing Policy has been prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and defines the procedure for processing personal data and the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data by ESSEN LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
1.1. TheOperatorconsidersrespectforhumanandcivilrightsandfreedomsintheprocessing of personal data—including the protection of the right to privacy, personal and family confidentiality—to be its highest priority and a fundamental condition for conducting its activities.

3. The Operator May Process the Following Personal Data of the User3.1. Last name, first name, patronymic (middle name);

3.3. Phone numbers;

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data7.1. Before initiating the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to which the data is intended to be transferred provides reliable protection of the rights of personal data subjects.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may take place only if:
— the personal data subject has given written consent to the transfer of their personal data, and/or
— the transfer is necessary for the execution of a contract to which the personal data subject is a party.
